	TRANSACTIONS All trades and free agency pick-ups will be recorded here. It should be noted that the trading period lasted exactly a week after the draft itself. During the season, should a player be unable to continue, he may ask to be dropped. Under these circumstances, his/her captain may pick up another on the Replacement List, as long as the move is approved by all five other captains (even one veto will nullify the transaction). The player dropping out does so knowing that he/she will be "Blacklisted," which means he/she will be ineligible for all New Element contests for at least a year, and possibly beyond. This automatically disqualifies the player from the next Pro Tour and the next season of Head-2-Head.
